There is a DUMB under Paris and the Tunnels connect worldwide:

 This has been sent to us from our boots on the ground in Paris. He filmed these last night and the lightening was constant lasting around 10 mins. Our patriot in Paris says It’s raining but hardly any thunder, but the lightning is constant.


There is also 4 underground heatspots close to Paris which looks like a huge tunnel on the zoom earth Map. One heat spot is 19 miles south east of Paris.

There is a DUMB under Paris and the Tunnels connect worldwide. The Eiffel Tower like many structures around the world was used for energy harvesting.


I’ve checked Earthquakes in Paris and there has been none reported, the tunnels however can be taken down by sealing off at both entrance and exit points then flooding them with water so they collapse.

These Lightning storms are not normal, to me it looks like the Military are cleaning up underground. 
hey use weather for cover for covert Military operations. And it wouldn’t surprise me that in a lot of the big DUMB areas they would have to have off world help.
