I'm going to reshare a bit of context on Ariel's post above now so you understand where we are as a nation. Wrote and posted all this yesterday. But I think it's worth a reshare this morning.

Chevron Act. I want to share this again and I'd like you all to listen closely to it. Beginning in 1984, yes, under Reagan, the Chevron Act was signed into law, probably buried inside some other legislation as they are so want to do, taking power from the legislative branch and giving that power to unelected bureaucrats in various 3 letter agencies, meaning that if a president couldn't get a piece of legislation passed, he could literally go to an agency; i.e., CIA, FBI, ATF, DEA; and ask them to go ahead and make enforceable statutes or regulations in order to force compliance in the People. ILLEGALLY, just by the way.

Now, tying the SCOTUS strike down as unconstitutional this Chevron Act, and if you'll remember the West Virginia vs EPA SCOTUS shot down late 2022, your [usg] is now effectively neutered. Just these two rulings alone are MASSIVE.
