Heavy rains from Typhoon Yagi have triggered devastating floods in
Myanmar, killing at least 19 people and displacing 3,600 in the capital,
Naypyitaw.
The storm, the strongest in Asia this year, has also claimed over 230 lives in Vietnam and Thailand.
The floods have submerged 162 sq km around Naypyitaw and 366 sq km near Mandalay.
Rescue teams have moved flood-affected residents to safety by boat, with some trapped on rooftops before being rescued.
