As I have always explained, there is no set date and time established to activate the SCARE EVENTS, BLACKOUT, AND EBS/EAS, Only a time frame window of which we know will happen at some point within that window. 

It all depends on how the population responds to the staging of events. We are not yet seeing the minimum critical mass % of numbers of people in regards to the population that we must hit, which at that point will give me the indication to alert Space Force, and POTUS the [GREEN LIGHT]. 

It all depends how fast the information spreads. Faith over Fear. Listen to your Heart. Go within, and Trust in GQD.
