One of the detained Moscow attackers says he was recruited on telegram for $11,000 to shoot people.

 Russian authorities say at least 115 killed in Moscow concert hall attack

 During preliminary interrogation one of the terrorists admits to being paid 500,000 roubles or $11,000 US and weapons were provided by the customers via telegram.

⚡️The terrorists were instructed to kill people - no matter what kind.
