Het QFS werd tegen woensdag 23 september 18:00 uur EST opgenomen in het nieuwe Amerikaanse ministerie van Financiën (US Treasury).
Transacties verlopen nu rechtstreeks van grootboek naar grootboek binnen een minuut, in plaats van in 10 tot 11 dagen.
Het Amerikaanse ministerie van Financiën beheert 111 biljoen dollar, afkomstig van Amerikaanse belastingbetalers.
Iets meer dan 4 biljoen dollar daarvan is toegewezen aan elke staat die zich uitroept tot soevereine staat binnen de herstelde republiek; dit bedrag is bestemd voor infrastructuur.
Tot nu toe hebben 37 staten aangegeven deel te zullen uitmaken van de nieuwe, herstelde republiek.
