To all of you who stood for freedom and the reclamation of Iran over
these 100 days; who, with sacrifice, stood firm against bullets and,
over the past 40 days, braved the threat of bombardment—I send my
salutations.
I know that the news of the two-week ceasefire
between the Islamic Republic and America and Israel has disheartened
many of you.
But today is not a time for despair, but for greater faith
in victory.
What happened over these 40 days is precisely in line with
the very demands that the Iranian nation made of the international
community and, after pouring out their blood in Iran's streets, shouted
once more in the Global Day of Action demonstrations on February 14
(February 25 in the Persian calendar).
The blows struck against
the Islamic Republic in just 40 days are unprecedented, and irreparable
for this regime. The elimination of Ali Khamenei, the killer of tens of
thousands of brave Iranians, is in itself a historic achievement for
our nation. Beyond him, dozens of commanders and key perpetrators of
repression in the IRGC, Basij, and the regime's intelligence apparatus
have also been removed. Thousands of repressive forces have been
annihilated.
The command-and-control structure for repression has been
paralyzed and shattered. Military infrastructure—not built to defend
Iran, but to export terrorism and instability—has been destroyed. The
regime's financial resources for domestic repression and overseas
terrorism have been severely curtailed. The Islamic Republic is more
isolated and despised in the region and the world today than ever
before.
What remains for this regime is to rely on foreign
mercenaries and a bloodthirsty, blood-soaked minority whose interests
lie in its survival; a regime that has suffered a harsh defeat in the
field of reality, yet, by cutting off the internet to 90 million
Iranians and through its machinery of lies, still strikes poses of
victory and chants boasts. Those who claimed they would never accept a
ceasefire have today lost both their leader and commanders, lost the
war, accepted the ceasefire, and been dragged to the negotiating table
for complete surrender.
But we knew from the start that the
Islamic Republic would not fall merely through the elimination of its
command and the weakening of its repressive apparatus via airstrikes.
That is why, in every message to you, I emphasized that it is we, the
Iranian nation, who must deliver the final blow to this weakened regime
and bring it down.
I want you to know that I am closely
monitoring your situation in Iran. I know the Islamic Republic has been
greatly weakened, but its capacity for repression has not been entirely
eliminated.
My sole aim is for the final action to topple the Islamic
Republic to come at the least possible human cost. The life of each and
every one of you is precious to me. So, I ask you to remain patient,
protect yourselves, and, with faith in victory and full readiness, await
the decisive moment. In the meantime, I and all our compatriots abroad
will, with all our strength, raise your demand—the end of the Islamic
Republic—as our rallying cry.
Have faith that no force in the
world can stand against the power of a united nation.
This time, the
Islamic Republic has no escape route, no chance for survival; and by the
mighty hands of you, the great nation of Iran, it will be overthrown.
Long live Iran,
Reza Pahlavi
