disturbing. The systems you depend on will stop working. The media you
have been taught to trust will be shown to be a tool for mass deception.
Don't worry. This is an important part of the change. Before the new world can be built, the old prison must be torn down.
Your instructions are easy to follow:
1. Don't panic. Your fear is the only thing they have left to use against you. Don't give it to them.

3. Be ready. Keep 2–3 weeks' worth of food, water, and other
necessities on hand. The change will happen quickly, but there may be
some short-term problems.
4. Stay Together. Don't let them split you up. We are all in this together.
