Pompeo to visit Brussels on Wednesday to meet NATO chief: State Department said on Monday, a trip that is expected to be his last as the top diplomat of outgoing President Donald Trump.

During his trip, which will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, Pompeo will meet with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg and Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Sophie Wilmès, the State Department said.

The visit will come after thousands of Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol last Wednesday, forcing lawmakers who were certifying Democratic President-elect Joe Biden’s election victory into hiding in a harrowing assault that left five dead.

 There's not going to be an inauguration on January 20th and that's why President Trump is not attending. 
That’s why he tweeted today he won’t be at the Jan 20th inauguration.
He will start his first term as president of the USA March 4th, 2021. 

Trump will finish his first term of the U.S. corporation on Jan 20, 2021. He dismantled the Banking Act of 1871. That’s why they are all after him. 

March 4th was the original start date for a president for the United States of America (different from the United States Corporation of which President is the CEO) until FDR changed it in 1933.
So there must be arrangements for a transition government between Jan 20 to March 4th.
